Regency Advertisements: Want Ads for March 1803, London

Want ads appeared in Morning Herald (London) – Tuesday 01 March 1803, advertising a variety of positions for genteel and other families. Also a cottage ten miles from London with a few acres and an orchard.

I sometimes think these want ads make good story prompts, but nonetheless they often tell me a lot about other things too.  I am curious what “must wait well at the table” and haven’t been able to find primary sources which explain, so I assume it means can provide table service.
