This lovely promenade dress and tiered evening dress appeared in the October 1817 issue of The Repository of Arts, Literature, Fashions, etc… In addition to these fancy dresses, the magazine also included some delightful hints about general fashion including on-trend colors, appropriate textiles for dishabille and going out, and jewelry tips.
