Appearing in 1807 La Belle Assemblee, the ad for Mr. Horder’s services does make you wonder why he removed from his Academy to teach under “reasonable terms”.

MR HORDER DANCING MUSIC AND FENCING MASTER Respectfully informs his Friends and the Public that he has removed from his Academy in the City to No 42 Haydon square Minories where he teaches the most elegant and fashionable Dancing in a finished manner on reasonable terms Mr H returns his mest grateful acknowledgements 10 those who honoured bin with their company in the City and hopes a continuance of their favours and e commendation when every possible attention on his part and his assistants shall be exerted to give satis faction Ladies and Gentleinen who wish to be taught expeditiously and in private will find great advance in attending his Academy having a sufficient r umber family to make up a set at any time required The Subscription Assembly once a fortnight during the winter season Gen lemen may be accommodater with Board and Lodging while taking lessons Private Families and Schools punctually altended NB His commodious Rooms may be engaged for public occasions 789
