Regency Health and Medicine: Walking and Women’s Feeble Arms

I stumbled upon this brief review of the powers of walking as exercise.  It has some remarkably sexist things to say about men and women, which shouldn’t be surprising, but is because La Belle Assemblee was a woman’s magazine.
