Regency Advertisments: Irish Linen

This ad appeared in the April 1819 edition of La Belle Assemblee.ย  Made from the rotting stem of the blue-flowered flax plant, Irish Linen was spun into yarn, woven into cloth and then soaked in buttermilk (https://www.irish-genealogy-toolkit.com/Irish-linen.html).
